Hey there! I’m Bryce Henson and I am here to be your working partner in real estate.
I’ve been in Idaho all my life, so I know a thing or two about the local market and have a heartfelt commitment to my community. Growing up in a small town, I have a deep passion and respect for that true human connection that makes this place feel like home. That sense of connection is one of the reasons I love working in real estate—it’s not just about property, it’s about people and the lives they’re building.
McCall has become home in every sense of the word, especially since starting a family here nearly six years ago. Heather and I first crossed paths over a decade ago while guiding rafts in Riggins—turns out we were both on the river, just in different boats. My love for the rapids soon turned into love for her, and now we are raising two little kids (and one big German Shepherd) and making the most of every bit of life we have to live. On our days off, you can find us hunting, fishing, snowboarding—pretty much doing everything under the sun. We’re always up for a new adventure.
My Idaho roots aren’t the only thing that makes me your go-to guy. I have an extensive background in electrical work and own Lit Electric here in McCall. That hands-on experience brings an extra layer of insight when helping clients evaluate homes, because sometimes what’s behind the walls matters just as much as what’s in front of them. This technical knowledge helps me advocate for my clients in ways that go beyond the surface.
Being a part of McCall for so long makes me want to give back, which is why I serve as a volunteer for the West Central Mountains Early Learning Collaborative and am Vice President for the McCall Chamber Board of Directors. Volunteering is one way I can contribute to a town that continues to give so much to my own family. Seeing my efforts make a difference in the community is something I take a lot of pride in.
I’m here to guide you with local know-how, honest advice, and a commitment to making the process feel simple and straightforward. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just exploring your options, I’m ready when you are.
So let’s get going and make moves that matter.
